The vast majority of products we promote on this website are only available by digital download.
That means you receive full access to a member’s area, your login details will be given to you after you make your purchase, and you will also be emailed these details.
You may need to check your spam folder in case any login details have been sent there.
Physical Orders
If you order a product that is to be shipped via postal mail, then they will be sent via the following shipping carriers…
USPS Media Mail
USPS First Class Mail International
Domestic (USA Only)
The shipping times in the USA are:
Up to 3 business days for order processing
Up to 10 business days for delivery via USPS Media Mail
The shipping times Internationally are:
Up to 3 business days for order processing
Up to 15-20 business days for delivery via USPS First Class Mail International
Refunds
When an order is returned, full refunds on physical product purchases will be issued. Returns need to be sent to the appropriate vendors from which the item was purchased. Ravenvine.com’s only an affiliate website for product promotion and reviews. As such, we do not bear responsibility for refunds and returns.
Digital product refunds can be made by emailing customer support of the appropriate vendor with your Clickbank receipt. You can also obtain a refund by contacting ClickBank, MaxBounty, or whichever platform the product was purchased.
Physical Product Cancellations
We understand that sometimes things change so we have a 24-hour cooling-off period whereby customers can cancel their physical product orders and be refunded IMMEDIATELY. To do this you can visit the product vendors website and send a cancellation to customer service.
Tracking My Parcel
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the vendor where the product is purchased will send you an order confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, the vendor will also send the Tracking Info along with a tracking link for your order.
This will be sent to the email you used for purchase within 3 – 7 business days.
Please note: Sometimes this email can be filtered into the spam and junk folders of some email providers.
